FTP search delays
Due to some unfair use, we have added some extra delays for requests coming from specific hosts, domains or networks. The current list is:

| 192.41.20.130 | 120s |
ftpsearch.ntnu.no is connected to the network serving Norwegian universities, and as such, is sponsored by the Norwegian government. Commercial use is not allowed on this network.
