About this manual
Purpose
This manual provides information on customising and extending SDF - a documentation system for software developers. Readers should be familiar with the following documents before reading this one:
Scope
This manual contains information on:
- how to extend SDF with new entities (e.g. macros, filters, etc.)
- how to develop an SDF driver to support a new output format
- SDFAPI - the set of Perl libraries provided with SDF.
Amendments
Suggested enhancements and corrections to SDF and its documentation can be forwarded to sdf-bugs@mincom.com.
