RWDICT (CCP4: Unsupported Program)

NAME

rwdict - Change pdb to hkdict format or vice versa

SYNOPSIS

rwdict xyzin foo_in.cds xyzout foo_out.cds

DESCRIPTION

The program converts between pdb format and the format of the dictionary used by the Hendrickson-Konnert refinement programs (PROTIN/PROLSQ).

PROGRAM INPUT

The program runs interactively.


   Line 1: ICODE = 0 to change from pdb to hkdict

                 = 1 to change from hkdict to pdb
