already know about it :)

The two sections below break down defects according to whether
they affect any application or only specific ones.

1) Drag and drop is very incomplete (but getting better).

2) TearOff menus are still flakey, especially with multiple cascades. Top
   level ones are not too bad.

3) Text still has some problems wrt selections.
